Tenikwa Wildlife Awareness Center

This is the male cheetah Chester eating after we walked him. He ended up finishing his fast and stealing his sister's meal too.
This is the first time we entered the cheetah cage.
This is us as we began our walk with the cheetahs. Kind of excited. Can't you tell?
This is Chester just resting. The cheetahs would stop to rest a lot during the walk. It was mostly to wait for each other. Once they were united during the walk, they would get up and start walking again.
This is an intern Jasmine taking the chance to pet Zimbale as she stares toward the baboon enclosure. Baboons and cheetahs are enemies in the wild and a section of the cheetahs walk goes right past the baboon enclosure.
This is us walking the cheetah. This is Katie and I each with a leash for Chester. You had to hold the leash loosely in case the Cheetah decided to run off extremely quick. The walk was completely out in the open safari.
